Schutzhütte Ütia Crëp de Munt

The Ütia Crëp de Munt is idyllically situated at 2,000 m above sea level in the Dolomites, in Alta Badia. It is just below the Boé and thus on the Boé slope no. 1. From the terrace it offers a breathtaking view of the Marmolada, the highest peak in the Dolomites. The hut is also located on the border with the province of Belluno and is therefore easy to reach from Corvara as well as from Arabba. A ski lift called Crep de Mont leads from Planac, below the Campolongo Pass, directly to the hut. The popular Sellaronda also passes directly by the hut.

In summer, the hut is easily accessible on foot, also with prams or by MTB via Corvara and Campolongo.

The business is family-run: Tommy and Mara share a passion for gastronomy and run the hut together with great diligence and zeal. Tommy's brother Michael works in the kitchen and prepares delicious dishes for the guests. 

The cuisine is based on traditional Ladin dishes such as 'föies da soni' (Ladin for 'fried potatoes').

The products are carefully selected and partly purchased from local farmers. The wine list also satisfies all wishes.

6 cosy rooms are available for mountain lovers and families. Each room offers a spectacular view of the Marmolada, the queen of the Dolomites. The silence is what makes an overnight stay at the refuge so unique. What could be better than sitting on the terrace after the lifts are already closed and enjoying the view of the Dolomites? In the morning you can also admire the sunrise over Setsass and Col di Lana.
