About the event

This morning yoga and movement session offers a calm and gentle start to the day. Through slow, flowing movements, the body gradually awakens and finds its rhythm. The focus is on breathing, body awareness and a mindful first connection with the mountain environment.



The session takes place in a relaxed atmosphere and is suitable for all participants, regardless of prior yoga experience. The intention is to leave everyday routines behind and begin the day without rush, with presence and ease.



All exercises are adapted to the group and carried out without any focus on performance.
