An experience that celebrates flavor, local ingredients, and wellbeing. In Manuel’s kitchen, he will demonstrate how to prepare the “Marathon Dish”, created for the Maratona dles Dolomites–Enel and inspired by a passion for sport and cycling.



The recipe was developed together with Elena Casiraghi, a specialist in sports nutrition, combining culinary creativity with nutritional expertise. The focus is on carefully selected local ingredients, valued not only for their taste but also for their nutritional qualities, resulting in a dish that delivers balance, energy, and authenticity.
