Cooking Event at the “Roter Hahn” Cookery School: "So schmecken Almen und Berge“

About the event
When Grandma cooked, the whole house was filled with comforting, familiar aromas. Every time we visited, she would conjure up traditional dishes such as Muas or Bauernbratl. Her cooking was more than just food; her recipes are still treasured today, and we want to honor them and pass them on to the next generation. That's why we're celebrating Grandma's tradition with this cooking event and writing our own story with new interpretations.
Event description
Participants can look forward to a 4-course menu made with local ingredients from South Tyrolean farms. Experienced culinary professionals, familiar with South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through a culinary evening in the countryside and give you new inspiration for (un)familiar dishes. Exciting tips and tricks await you in the cooking school kitchen. Not only can you try your hand at cooking, but you can also enjoy the dishes you prepare during the evening. Together at the large table, the “tavolata,” the dishes you prepare yourself, accompanied by matching wines, will then take center stage for the evening.
