Cooking Event at the “Roter Hahn” Cookery School: „Vegetarischer Gartenzauber“

Whether in the valley or on the mountain, the diversity of the farmhouse garden offers healthy, balanced vegetarian dishes all year round – easily integrated into daily life with the right inspiration. At this cooking event, you’ll create refined dishes and discover the rich variety of vegetarian farm cuisine.



Event Description

Participants can look forward to a 4-course menu made with local ingredients from South Tyrolean farms. Experienced chefs, well-versed in South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through a rustic culinary evening and provide fresh inspiration for (un)familiar dishes. Exciting tips and tricks await in the cooking school kitchen. You’ll get hands-on and, of course, enjoy your creations throughout the evening. At the large communal table – the tavolata – the homemade dishes and perfectly paired wines will become the centre of the night.
