Hike to the highest farms in Terlans: from Gruner to Wegscheider

As parts of the hike involve steep climbs, a good level of fitness and sturdy footwear are essential!

Total duration of the hike from Holzmann-Hof: approx. 4 hours

Participation in the hike and the post-hike snack, featuring bread baked on site, are free of charge.

The hike starts from the Holzmann farm at 2 pm.

How to get to the meeting point:

Experienced hikers set off at 1 pm from the Jakobi car park in Terlan.

You can take bus 204 at 1.32 pm from Terlan towards Mölten to the Montigl stop, from where it is a 20-minute walk to the Holzmann-Hof.

If travelling by car, drive to Montigl; there are a few parking spaces in front of the entrance to the Holzmannhof.
