In the magnificent Moessmer period villa in Bruneck, you can enjoy the 'Cook the Mountain' tasting menu based on the best ingredients from the surrounding mountains and valleys, chosen with respect for their natural cycles and with the aim of minimising waste. Spacious, bright and cosy rooms correspond to the vision of an Atelier: there is the Aperitif and Dessert Room, the Dining room, the Library and the Wine cellar.
