Close to the historic centre of Pergine, not far from the Valsugana state road and only a few kilometres from the splendid waters of Lake Caldonazzo and Lake Levico, the Antiche Contrade pizzeria-restaurant awaits you with numerous Trentino specialities.

Its owners Nicola and Matteo Bellè will spoil you with traditional recipes based on selected products from the Valsugana-Lagorai Valley and used for slow food creations. Make yourself at home in one of the wonderful dining rooms, all unique in their own way - the "Old hayloft", the "Hall of Memories", the "Hall of Hearts" or the "Alsatian Hall". All these rooms reveal the great passion with which the family runs the restaurant.
From the furnishings and the scents to the loving details and the staf - everything here testifies to the tradition handed down from generation to generation, as well as to the love of good cuisine and organic products according to the "0 km" philosophy.

To crown an eventful day in the Valsugana valley, a typical Trentino dinner is the perfect way to discover the wonderful Valsugana valley! Try traditional dishes such as spinach dumplings, risotto, homemade pasta with porcini mushrooms or grilled specialities. Of course, a good glass of local wine should not be missing from the picture! Pizza lovers will also get their money's worth. Delicious pizzas are prepared in the wood-fired oven - gluten-free or with organic flour on request.

"Slowly" because the family values the authenticity, quality and locality of the products. In keeping with the Slow Food notion that has also established itself in Valsugana, the family is also committed to organic farming. Unique combinations of flavours are the top priority for the Bellè family. In case of allergies or intolerances, we will take your individual needs into account.
You will find Homemade pasta - traditional or made with Kamut flour - with fish sauce, game carpaccio, grilled veal loin as well as many other delicious treats. For the pizza dough, you can choose between the variants with buckwheat flour, Trentino hemp flour, wholemeal spelt flour or kamut. Yeast or gluten-free pizzas are also popular.
