Our cuisine is shaped by the place we live in. South Tyrolean roots meet Mediterranean lightness. Regionality plays a key role. Whenever possible, we source our ingredients from local producers, many of whom we know personally. Some things even grow right in our own garden.

We believe that quality starts with the product itself. That’s why we consciously choose not the easiest or cheapest way, but the better one.

Our dishes are clear, reduced and honest. No unnecessary distractions, but a strong sense for detail. This creates a cuisine that feels familiar and still manages to surprise.

The same applies to our service. Attentive, understated and personal. No rigid routines, but a genuine interest in our guests.

And maybe just as important. Our restaurant is open to everyone, not only to hotel guests.
