Vineria Paradeis

The Vineria Paradeis offers a very special setting for discovering the world of Alois Lageder and his wines at any time of the year. Our organic-certified restaurant offers dishes prepared with regional and seasonal organic produce. It receives weekly deliveries of fresh, seasonal vegetables from regional vegetable partners, and the menu always reflects what is in season at the time.

The focus of our chef Alessandro Miragoli is set on simple, light and fresh dishes with low meat content. In addition to the culinary delights, the Vineria Paradeis offers the possibility of tasting and purchasing our wines, as well as participating in various guided tours. We provide a twice-weekly winery tour, as well as a variety of individual tours (on request).
