First World War ski tour

The centre point of the ski tour that runs through the provinces of Bolzano, Belluno and Trento is the Col di Lana, the symbol of the First World War. Along the route, almost 80 km long, you can see traces of the war on the Dolomites front: finds, trenches in the rocks, battlements and forts.

Calculate that it takes about 7 - 8 hours to complete the entire itinerary, calculating ski lifts, skiing descents and traveling by bus. We recommend starting early in the morning. One of the most scenic descents of the tour is to be found in Alta Badia: it is the track that from the top of the Lagazuoi descends towards Armentarola in Alta Badia, the longest descent of the Dolomites.
