About Knöspele

At the Knöspele distillery above Bressanone, aromatic fruit is refined into high-quality distillates.
Farmer Martin Rastner bottles the aromatic flavour of fruit in his Knöspele distillery near Brixen. Distilling requires a creative approach to the fruit and skill in the craft of schnapps distilling. The fruit and aromatic grapes grow perfectly on the sunny slopes of Kranebitt above Brixen.Guided tours of the distillery with tastings are available on request.
