Milk is the primary product of Hauser Bio Hofkäserei. It comes exclusively from our farm. The cattle of the Tiroler Grauvieh, Original Braunvieh and Fleckvieh breeds graze on our meadows and are fed with hay, which is dried directly on the meadow after mowing. We process the fresh milk from our own cows for our raw milk cheese. Thanks to the gentle, artisanal production process, we retain all the good ingredients in the milk. The semi-hard cheese is cared for daily in the cheese cellar until it develops its full flavour after months of maturing. You can choose from different types of cow's milk cheese and our alpine cheese.

After renovating our farmhouse, we now offer two cosy and modern holiday flats. We have mainly used our own wood and also focussed on sustainability in the building materials.
