About the event
Using selected ingredients that only grow at high altitudes, you will add exclusive flavors to your dishes and be impressed by these surprising creations. 100% mountain farm – at over 1500m, vegetables, berries, and herbs grow slowly, giving us intense flavors. Cattle, sheep, and goats enjoy the fresh mountain air and succulent herbs of the alpine meadows. The result: meat of incomparable quality and flavorful alpine cheese accompanied by potatoes and fresh salad from small, steep fields.

The event involves creating a 4-course menu using local ingredients from South Tyrolean farms. Experienced chefs, who are experts in South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through this culinary-rural evening: they will give you important tips for (re)discovering traditional dishes. In the cooking school, you will also discover useful tips and tricks. Here, you will not only try your hand at cooking, but you will also taste the dishes prepared during the evening. Served at the table and paired with wines, the dishes you have prepared will become the centerpiece of the evening.
