You will learn how trout and char are raised responsibly and processed carefully. In addition to practical tips on filleting, seasoning, and cooking, you’ll gain fascinating insights into the fish farming tradition in the Passeiertal and the importance of sustainability and local production. At the end, we will enjoy the freshly prepared specialties together – an experience that combines taste and knowledge in a special way.
