Around 200 quails live at 1,500 metres above sea level in Jenesien at Oberfreihof farm. "We take great care to ensure that our quails and their male siblings are hatched and reared on the farm. High-quality organic food and lots of space provide ideal conditions for happy quails and exquisite eggs", stresses Julia, the farmer.
